in the past few days ive been working on a painting for a show that's coming up this september. i think it was september. i'll check that later. anyway, the painting is a for a friend and former instructor, cecil, and his first gallery showing at his restaurant. neat, yeah? i think it's neat anyway. so yes. the theme is "voyage". here is my sketch. gonna get started on it as soon as i get the colors figured out.
